My New Passion

Since moving into new house I plan to use my brand new oven to roast chicken according to jamie oliver recipe. After 3 month it happen. Hehhehe

This is the 1st time I tried Roasted Chicken lemon and at the end it taste so damn good. But I still have to learn how to make killer gravy to accompany the chicken.
